Jessa was born in Edmonton, and raised in St. Albert. Jessa is a relatively new member to our team. She began her career in insolvency at Frederick & Company Ltd September 2018. It is her first step in her career having graduated MacEwan University with a Bachelor or Arts degree in Philosophy, and Political Sciences in 2017. At first Jessa struggled to find work in the field in which she studied until one day she came across the Frederick & Company posting on the internet. Not having a clue about insolvency, Jessa took a shot in the dark and applied. After her first meeting at Frederick & Company Ltd, Jessa instantly knew that was where she wanted to be. What felt like forever passed, and Jessa landed the job. Since then she has developed a love for her role at Frederick & Company. Jessa has also shown a genuine care for putting others and the environment before herself, and has really found it rewarding being able to use her resiliency, and her work ethic to help her teammates make a difference in the lives of those who are in need. When Jessa isn’t out trying to make the world a better place, she can be found face first into a large cup of coffee, a giant slurpee, or across the world diving into one of her latest books. She loves to read, and to travel as she has spent most of her summers venturing into Southeast Asia or into Europe. Beyond that, Jessa also has a love for the ocean, and she is a certified Advanced Scuba Diver. She can also be found at home enjoying time with family, friends, her dog, and two cats.
